Hi Everyone, Gina here! I wanted to share with you this toy that Gido and Mochi absolutely love. Like most dogs, Gido and Mochi’s play time is all the time..that means at night, too! They love playing outdoors so having light up toys makes them visible in the dark (which helps tremendously, especially if you’re the one having to retrieve it at times – like me!). Their light up toys are made by Nite Ize, known for their awesome L.E.D products.
The light up frisbee is made of sturdy soft touch plastic material that is easy for your dog to grip and is bite durable. Gido and Mochi LOVE to bite and chew on their toys and because of its high quality material, the frisbee is still intact (surprisingly being that they chew on this all the time) with no breakage that you typically notice with cheaper frisbees. The light up frisbee, aka l.e.d. frisbee, is available in two colors: red or green. Isn’t the green pretty? We think your dog will enjoy this toy just as much as Gido and Mochi so we’re offering you 10% off! Click here to go to our store, use coupon code: frisbeefun at check-out.
By the way, Gido is wearing the Nite Ize Spotlit on his collar, a must have for walking at night.

Happy Halloween everyone! Gido and Mochi are dressed up and ready to go out and hit the town! Their costumes are far from being ghoulish and scary! They are duked up wearing dog formal wear this Halloween! Gido is wearing a black dog tuxedo . Mochi is wearing a burgundy dog tuxedo. Both dog tuxedos are made by Doggie Design and come with a top hat, bow tie and tuxedo with tails. If you’re looking for dog formal wear for weddings and parties, this is definitely a must have! For this Halloween, it’s Gido and Mochi’s dog costume! Enjoy your evening..and safe trick o’ treating!

It fascinates me when a dog owner shares their story on how they chose their dog’s name. It’s a great topic for conversation! Our dog’s names are Gido and Mochi. Gido got his name by combining mine and my husband’s first name. His name has been pronounced Guido, Geydo, Guydo, Geedo. It’s correctly pronounced Gido as in Gi for Gina. The day we picked up Gido’s little brother (Gido and Mochi have the same dad so they are half brothers), my nephew made my favorite Japanese sweet snack – Mochi (which I absolutely love). So that’s how Mochi got his name. It suits him well because he’s puffy and fluffy and such a sweet lil boy! I would love to hear your story. Tell us, how did you choose your dog’s name? We are giving away the Nite Iz Spotlit dog light to 3 lucky winners for sharing their story. Here’s how to enter: 1. Leave a blog comment by telling us…How did you choose your dog’s name? 2. Head over to our Facebook page (click on the “Like” button if you’re not yet a fan). Post your comment onto our Facebook page. Feel free to share a photo of your pooch, we love pics! 3. Please share our Facebook page with your friends! We’d appreciate it! : ) Giveaway ends on September 27 at 11:59pm. Good luck!
